How many drinks does the machine serve?
Our Icetro double bowl serves roughly 140 drinks across two flavours on a single fill, making it ideal for functions of almost any size.
What's the minimum long-term hire period?
Four months. After that, the hire shifts to month-to-month, giving you full flexibility to continue or return the machine with notice.
Do you deliver, or can I pick up?
Both. We deliver and set up Australia-wide, or you can pick up by appointment from our Diamond Creek VIC 3089 location — 5 minutes from Eltham, 30 minutes from Ringwood.
Is maintenance included?
Yes. Small replacement parts caused by normal wear and tear are shipped to your venue and absorbed within your monthly hire. Our support line handles everything else.
Can I put my brand on the machine?
Absolutely — that's our Brand Partnership Program. We wrap the machine in your artwork and give you a dedicated partnership manager for activations and long-term campaigns.
Are batch recipes really included?
Yes. Long-term customers get access to our proprietary catalogue of frozen cocktail recipes — margaritas, daiquiris, espresso martinis and more, all pre-calibrated for the Icetro.
Is there a deposit or cancellation fee?
No deposit, no cancellation fees. We keep things simple because slushing should be fun, not stressful.
